Packaging
We try our upmost to maintain being as eco-friendly as possible by using 100% recyclable materials. Once you receive your jewellery, if you're happy with it and do not need to complete a return we kindly recommend recycling or reusing your postage box.
Our postal boxes on the outside will arrive plain white and clear of branding. Simply for security and privacy, they will be sealed on the exterior with an embossed sticker of our signature NAKED PALM, palm logo. The interior of our boxes will feature our logo and signature palm leaf print to accommodate the earthy boho branding.
Inside your printed postal box will lay a double-sided note card, thanking you for supporting us with your special purchase and also instructing the best jewellery care tips. We are also enclosing a white jewellery polishing cloth with all of our orders to keep your jewellery in tip top condition, please visit our jewellery care guide webpage by using either the QR code on your notecard or clicking here, following this link will help you to safely use your polishing cloth dependent on your jewellery.
Underneath lays your LUXE jewellery box, customised with NAKED PALM's logo in gold foil. Our LUXE jewellery boxes are FSC® certified, meaning they are super eco-friendly, but we promise with their quality, you really wouldn't notice it! FSC® certified products are sourced from protected, regulated forests, this means materials are only sourced at a rate that the forest can sustain and reproduce.
Inside our LUXE jewellery box is a soft white cover cloth, laid over a foam and velour insert containing some serious beauty! The NAKED PALM box is nestled amongst our sustainable shredded paper packaging that is sourced from recycled paper, which helps boost our environmentally friendly game and compliments our earthy boho branding!
Alternatively, some of our larger jewellery may be packaged in a LUXE jewellery pouch. Our LUXE jewellery pouches are made of an Ivory coloured soft microfibre, featuring an internal divider to ensure the jewellery remains separated, safe and unscratched. Our pouches are an envelope design that easily close and on the lid of the pouch is our signature PALM logo de-bossed into the microfibre material. Similarly to our NAKED PALM boxes, the NAKED PALM jewellery pouches will arrive exactly the same, with all the listed packaging materials above, just minus the use of a NAKED PALM jewellery box.

NAKED PALM PACKAGING DISCLOSURE
Temporarily you will find stickers on the inside of our postal boxes and on the white envelope of our polishing cloths. This is all in compliance with our necessary rebranding. Initially NAKED PALM was to be named something else and unfortunately, we had already bought all marketing materials in the previous name. As we are so environmentally conscious we could not bring ourselves to dispose of all these materials when we could utilise them with the use of stickers.
We apologise as this is not how we initially intended to brand our packaging, but rest assured the packaging is still of fantastic quality and so beautiful! Once all of our current marketing materials are used up, we will continue to re-order our packaging and branding NAKED PALM with the use of stickers will be abolished.. woohoo!
