 Do you have any stockists or stores?

We currently only sell directly from our web store and from our stockists 'notonthehighstreet' and 'Wolf and Badger'. By only selling online, we can keep our fees to a minimum so that we can focus on providing the best materials to produce our jewellery and packaging.  💫

 

 What is NAKED PALM’s 14K Gold Vermeil?

This is commonly asked by many as Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is becoming increasingly more popular. In a nutshell Gold Vermeil is a heavily plated item (2.5 microns to be exact) that has a sterling silver base metal. It provides much more longevity than any other gold plated fashion jewellery, and can outlive flash plated gold jewellery by many years. You also won’t encounter any discolouring on your skin as Gold Vermeil’s base metal is Sterling Silver opposed to Copper or zinc metals.

We use 14K Gold Vermeil for it’s beautiful hue, the differentiation of the karat in gold vermeil simply differs the hue of the gold appearance, and not the strength or quality of the design.

 How can we pay for our order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay to pay for your order in full. Unfortunately payments cannot be split across two cards. We also accept payment with our NAKED PALM gift vouchers, simply enter this into the promo code section and the whole amount/ part amount (dependent on the value of your order and gift voucher) will be deducted from the subtotal.

Any remaining amount can be paid by one of the payment methods listed above.

We have also integrated Clearpay to our Shopify platform for payments to be optionally split across eight weeks. 

 

 Can we pay in instalments?

Please use our Clearpay option available at checkout to pay for your order in four instalments across eight weeks interest free. The first instalment will be taken at the time of purchase.
